By opting in to receive text messages from Red Door Technologies LLC ("Red Door Shield," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to the terms described below. This SMS program is used to communicate with you about your requested security assessment and related scheduling, including appointment confirmations, reminders, and scheduling updates.
1. Opt-In and Consent
You opt in to SMS messaging by checking the consent box on our assessment booking form. The box is unchecked by default, and consent is not a condition of booking an assessment. You may still book and receive email or phone contact from us without providing SMS consent.
By opting in, you authorize Red Door Technologies LLC to send recurring automated and non-automated text messages to the mobile number you provided, using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology.
2. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. You can expect to receive a confirmation message when you book, one or more reminder messages leading up to your appointment, and any scheduling updates or changes as needed.
3. Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you by us. You are responsible for any charges imposed by your mobile carrier. Check with your carrier if you have questions about your messaging plan.
4. Opting Out
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any message we send you. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message confirming your opt-out. You may still contact us by email or phone.

5. Carrier and Delivery
We use a third-party messaging provider to deliver SMS messages. Delivery of messages is not guaranteed, and we are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages, or for filtering or blocking by your mobile carrier.
6. Mobile Number Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a valid mobile number and for keeping your number current. If your mobile number changes, please notify us so we can update our records.
7. No Sharing of Mobile Opt-In Data
We do not sell or share your mobile opt-in information, including your phone number and consent status, with third parties for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. We will note the "Last updated" date above whenever we do. Continued use of our SMS program after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
